Why Life Coaching?

Life doesn’t come with a manual. But that doesn’t mean you have to figure it all out on your own.

Whether you’re juggling responsibilities, drowning in overthinking, carrying silent pain, or just feeling… lost — having someone by your side makes all the difference.

In a world full of noise and pressure, a life coach isn’t someone who tells you what to do.

I’m someone who helps you hear your own voice clearly, again.

My Journey

Like many of us, my own turning point came during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I saw people strong, smart, successful people fall apart mentally and emotionally. I saw loneliness rise. Motivation crash. And I knew I wanted to help.

That’s when I took the leap, spent a year training, and became a certified life coach and art therapist.

Since then, I’ve coached individuals aged 14 to 55 students, working professionals, homemakers, newlyweds, creative artists people from every walk of life who simply needed support.

A space to breathe, cry, laugh, reset.

For the last three years, I’ve also been the student counsellor at SVIT Vasad College, guiding hundreds of engineering students through:

  • Exam anxiety
  • Depression and suicidal symptoms
  • Emotional numbness
  • Family pressure
  • Identity crises
  • Frustration and burnout

Most people don’t need “fixing”.

They just need someone to hold space — to be fully present and believe in them when they don’t believe in themselves.
